March TBR

Hello hello! I need Spring, and I need it now. Even though this Winter has been milder than we’re used to here in Canada, it’s been too long and cold for me. February was a mood-read month for me. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to read, so I just played it by ear and read whatever felt right. However, after reading and adoring Six of Crows, I am 100% back in a fantasy mood and this month’s TBR will definitely reflect that.

First up, I’m diving right into the sequel to Six of CrowsCrooked Kindom. This series is only a duology, so I’m really interested to see how Leigh Bardugo will wrap up the story. I can’t wait to become a part of this world again.

After that, I’m reading a book that has been talked up like crazy online, Caraval by Stephanie Garber. This book has been explained as being similar to The Night Circus and seeing as that is one of my favourite books I’m hoping I’ll enjoy Caraval as well.

Following Caraval, there are three books I want to read, but I can’t decide which to start with. There’s Truthwitch by Susan Dennard, This Savage Song by V.E. Schwab, or A Darker Shade of Magic also by V.E. Schwab. I’m thinking I’ll maybe split up the two Schwab novels, reading Truthwitch in between. We’ll have to wait and see! Check out my Goodreads page later this month to see what I’ve decided.

And there we are, all the books I’m hoping to get to this month. I have high hopes for each one, and I don’t think I’ll be disappointed. I hope March brings happiness, warmer weather, and good books for all of you as well!
